Let me explain.. ive been out of carding awhile.. maybe 3-4 yrs but i had figured out some methods getting through paypal about 3 yrs ago.. and it was sucessful. Between these last years i can see there has been a lot of fraud improvement, i guess as technology grows they will make fraud harder but im sure where there is a will there is a way..
No system is flawless and new exploits can be figured out and used. Im no professional but ive played with paypal and figured out my first exploit without a carding forum or any real carding/hacking experience.. this was 3 years ago.
Anyways to the point. Ive got a new method that i figured out, i can assure you its never been posted as a tutorial on this forum. Is it being used right now to exploit paypal? I dont know quite possibly, because if i figured this out, im not a rocket scientist i have common sense though.
