can I use a 16 digit cc and info to guess or create a new card that's usable?

I'm looking into using the information I have
Cc # / cvv / adress / ssn / email / phone /
With several of these I have no ability to use them but I feel there is a way to use this in order to guess or generate the new card they may receive so I can use the card that is now expired.
As I am new to this it's something my close friends have the ability to do but I belive he was using a merchant ID and just guessing them perhaps?
Anyways any information or knowledge I can get to move forward on this project would be appreciated. I'm just coming into learning my base knowledge and using my tools to further my skills and get my bank roll in line.
