success with cerb but unable to cashout. i need help plz

guys i lost a lot already in 2 other drops that got burnt because i took too long to transfer the money out. i dont know how to cash out because i dont have a debit.
i have the funds in Motus Bank drop.
i am unable to e transfer funds for some reason. After trying 3 times it will display a message to call a number to access etransfer.
anyone that can help me get the funds out will get a k either by btc or e transfer from the drop.
help a brother out

Except you have email access to the account, since it ask for mobile, it would be a bit difficult but you can try attach it to PayPal if you know the details of the account and use PayPal to move fund.

i bought the drop from a vendor.
the motus drop got flagged and 12k is on hold. i had this happen with 4 other accounts. I was successful with transferring money out of 1 of the drops. around 500 dollar transfer made it through but all 2k e transfers would get flagged
