Hi.
I have not work on paypal during 2021.
I see it have been some updates, psd2 on every account when i try to log in.
Is it possible to bypass that?
Have all country 3d secure to add new card if i start a new pp on cc holder?
What country is best to card these days on paypal.
EU was my golden ticket back in 2017-2020 but now psd2 have made it hard?
If anyone have time to help me back to work i would be glad on all tips you have!
