Put random PIN on Dump´s , works ?

Put random PIN on Dump´s , works ?
If i dont know the PIN , and whem i write the dump´s put random PIN , will work ? I´m read about , but i dont know if work or not , or just in somes banks or just 101...201... dumps .I hear if the card is from BOA Bank , you CAN´T use in BOA ATM , if you use in non BOA ATM , the random PIN will work. Someone already try it ?
