Finally I made 126 dump but I have a question

I cloned my friends 126 code debit card (just for testing) . I write only track 2 with MSRX6 and clone the card into the blank white card (without chip) . He told me the PIN and I successfully withdraw money from ATM (bank was the local bank of my country ) For this reason I will work with 1XX dumps. I cant clone 2XX dumps they gave chıp error all the time.
My question is can I withdraw money from ATM with foreign cards like I explained above
For example if I buy one USA 101 , one ındonasian 126 and one korean 101 can I withdraw money like my friends card in my countries ATM's.
