Oregon State DMV Database (DL/ID Numbers, Personal Information, Addresses, Vehicle Registration...)

Hello.. Has copy of Oregon DMV database. This contains drivers license/ID numbers for all Oregon state. Includes millions of DL/ID numbers of anyone in Oregon state DOB 1990 and older. So roughly 30 years old and up.
All the data is divided up alphabetically into .txt/notepad files (A.txt B.txt C.txt...
for example If an individual has the first name David and the last name Smith, their information would be in the S.txt file.)
This is the way data is formatted in each .txt/notepad document

from this we can gather last name, first name and middle name of an individual, we get an address that the individual has been associated with (therefore it is likely on file with a major credit reporting agency), City, State, Zip Code, *always forget what that digit is...*, year of birth, month of birth, day of birth, gender, height, weight, the next few lines should be driving restrictions and privilages and then the numbers towards the end are the 'date first issued', 'date received', 'expiration date' etc.. then finally drivers ID or DL number (in the database, the numbers have 2 extra start digits which are usually 00. the actual number is the last 7 digits of that number. so in the first example taken from the database you see 009622839, therefore the actual number is 9622839..
Also, as this is a DMV database, there is 0.txt - 9.txt as well as - A.txt - Z.txt files which contain data for vehicle license plates and vehicle info for state of Oregon.. haven't delved into that much but thats what these bits look like:

^ that can be extremely helpful when answering security questions as not only will security questions ask about past addresses but they will ask things like " you owned a Kia.. Who was the creditor who you financed the vehicle through... Etc.." So this is very helpful information and a lot of individuals in the ID and Drivers License half of the database are often found in this half of the database..
If you want to buy the whole database outright, let's work out a number? Want to see if a particular individual is in the database in order to purchase all data related to that one or more individuals?
