Need carder to pay verizon bill and new orders

I need a person to pay verizon bill and new orders.
The amount will vary from $1000 to $3000.
I will pay 25% of the amount. Escrow welcomed.
Hint: Verizon uses VBV. So all cards with VBV Password will request and won't pass without password, OTP to phone/email.
3 attempts maximum. After 4 failed attempts, account doesn't accept payment by card.
After 3 failed attempts your percentage will decrease by 1% next time you try.
It't not alot of money, but for people who know their bins its 5 minutes work.
Payment will be released when confirmation email comes. (so it's 10-15 minutes work).
