I purchase from his latest total of $30 is a small amount but their cards are a total garbage.
no refund from the fresh base? even it's live? there's nothing posted about that in your rules.
i just defend myself because it's declined and i make ticket about it and you refuse to refund lol.
this seller is a total scam i spend $30 on this site and it's like nothing!.

it's true that their is dead cc from any merchant and i have my own checker that check if the card is dead or live it didn't kill the cc it's just an auth checker.

There is a reason we have 2 bases:
1. REFUNDABLE BASE
2. NON-REFUNDABLE BASE
Your purchased from the 2nd, which means....no refund for purchased cards.

for me non ref base it's basically a live one and your cards is dead and you wont refund? and its fresh base from yours how is this even possible!
