Hoping to be on the right section

Hello,
Sorry if I am wrong section on the forum, but I explain my problem. I managed to get 3 VISA cards, I used a virtual machine, FraudFox, NordVPN, a SOCKS5 proxy, and I went to the whoer.net website which stipulated that I was 100% anonymous.
But after trying shopping my cards did not pass and became dead.
Do you know why ? What did I do wrong?
