Do exist USA debit (not credit) BINs without OTP for online use?

Hi guys,
question from pro but I am not from US.
Do exist USA debit (not credit) BINs without OTP (one time passwords via text message or email) which sends bank to confirm online purchase ???
This is similar to VBV or MSC 3D-Secure system during online purchase.
Always I am working with, and only, credit usa cards.
I never before used USA debit(!) cards, hence this question,
Is this worth to try usa debit cards? or nowadays in 2019 year, all of them has OTP during online shopping (you can not bypass it) and this would be wasting time and money ?
