Physical CCs to drop

I'm looking for a method for adding a drop to credit report using credit Experian to get physical CC this method is for uk only credits, I have a bunch of dead fullz and I know a site in uk where you can easily get 2K+ on credit (uk) but can't figure out how to change the credit address to a drop. I know there used to be a guy on alphabay that had a Guide on this but can't find him anyone got any tips or know how to do this?

Do not change the address and find it when you are in the UK, bid for the credit and as you know there the mail is spread at the right time if access to the mailbox is easy to wait and take the card before the others I did it in Canada why not to you.

so just steal the mail? how about the info needed to get a card shipped?
