NEW to carding

Hey Guys whats up! I'm really new out here and i was wondering if someone could help me getting started on Real Life Carding. I"ll mostly buy the Bins etc.. but i was wondering wich tools i would need to clone the cards. I suppose i'd need blank cards and a card reader/writer. But is there anything else? Software maybe? Also im from Europe, if that changes anything.
