Hello,
Anyone know about this device?
What it is used for?
Can it store dumps data in it? Or how it can be used to skim data?
Or it is useless?
If someone can explain more about its use and if it can help us skim dumps or copy chip info on another chip card? I heard something like this or its not real???

You need an ICS decoder attached to ICOPY-X to clone ICS cards, ICOPY-X alone will not work.
NOTE: NOT ALL BANK CARDS are supported by ICS.
