Bringing back quality vendors

Its frustrating to come to the forums for me especially from late 2016. Cant say where the problem really comes from. Where the quality vendors went? Its difficult to meet even experienced carders on the forums.
There are very important services like
1. bot
2. loads/traffic
3. login vendors
4. complete fullz vendors
5. and dumps that really work.
Is it like there are sties that are super underground where all the good people i used to know migrated to? I know some good boards but they are mostly russian and dont like to deal with english speakers. You will get banned 100% once they know you are none russian. And its pointless being there as nobody wanna deal with English speakers. They believe english membes will only attract cops.
What do we do to make this boards worth even visiting anymore? Its pointless if you can get the resources you need.

Feels like there are less reputable carding boards these days than few years ago. Who remembers good days like CW before all auto shops? More auto shops seems like more crap cards and dumps. Maybe manual vendors are way to go now? But yes it is harder to find trusted boards. Still hanging out and always looking for new ones
