I need help Cashing out + Supplier

Hey guys so im new to using dumps to cash out atm´s



Im from Germany and the only people who i find to help are from the states.

I should have every Program and like several tutorials but always end up after pin and amount with card isnt activated, some suggest its bc they are geoblocked but yeah idk..



They was chase debit dumps, jcop, atr, msrx ect used and in cardpeek everything looked good (to my untrained eye)



If someone could help me understand what the Problem is i would be grateful!
