I have problems with payment with usa cc in non us merchant(the country is not exactly known). Setting notify, hold removal - not helps. Bank af department always ask for sms verification. Looking for any info how avoid it. Also, open for bins buy offers.

That is because of their site merchant policy , but there is 2 types can you maybe pust a screen shot of the full say , might have solution
