Have good ccs with >15k balance, partner needed!

I have really good cards, a small percentage of them fullz, with known and really high balances, ranging from 15k up to 100k per card.
What i dont have is a partner/idea/method to cash them out or use them somehow.
This is big money so only serious people please.
