PayPal guest checkout without account : Payment always DECLINED !! NEED METHOD

Hi,
I used the PayPal checkout as a guest without creating an account and pays with a credit card, but i always got the error message sayin :
"Payment declined, change the credit card"
My card has enought balance to pass the payment and is not dead, i have a clean IP but i can't fucking pass the payment.
I pass payments like 1/10 and don't understand why.
I NEED SOMEONE WHO CAN TELL ME HOW TO CORRECT THAT, I'M WILLING TO PAY IF NECESSARY.
NO RIPPER I NEED A RESPONSE!!
