You need Vpn for your own security, Which should be the most important thing to you. And also you need to use socks with state of cc owner if possible city

You will need socks as well as GPS spoof to set your location to the card holder city.

Most websites detect vpn and the orders get cancelled

Even if you are in the same city and using VPN, orders will get cancelled cause there is no difference between u and other carders trying to run the same data.
You have to use that same city advantage.
VPN are raped lot. Too much traffic coming from them.
U need socks or RDP from same city and let the website you are carding know that you are in same city.

Bro use a burner phone, use a burner sim with data. Turn your gps off and go sit anywhere you like a card as much as you like. don't use socks don't use vpn.
when you want a new ip remove sim card then put it back in you;ll have a new ip
you can't get any more like a regular customer than not spoofing anything.
if you want to card apps then you may need to root + spoof. But if your carding website via browser just crack on
