Carding with paypal help

Hi everyone. Ive got a question related to carding paypal. Ive had like couple months ago paypal account with transaction history and i found out the bins that you can attach to the account without otp. It worked very well untill they freezed my account permamently for chargebacks. So i decided to open a new one with fullz that never been used to open pp acc it allows me to attach cc without otp but when i try make payment or card something it wants me to add my card it doesnt show my card as added jn this window when card is actually added. Please can anyone give some advice and how to fix it what should i do ?
