I dont think your realizing what your asking. Your asking to open a phone line with a FULL.
Crack the report, see which network he hasnt been with. Open up a line.
Super straight forward
If you get a drop you can ship the phone, or you can buy a sim and activate via phone

Thats not what hes asking, he wants to change the phone number on the banks file.(well first of all he does need a nother number with with the name on the fullz)
Bro if you truly have a full info card you need to call the bank and change it on the profile, they are gona ask you a bunch of security questions like Mothers Maiden Name etc, if you answer those questions correctly you can change info on the file like billing adress and phone number etc.

He want a particular number to show on victim record .. i quite understood you a lot .. some bank have ask me such question previously that the number i use to call them with is not register on the victim profile , is a good idea .. if someone can be able to teach this or method to do this , is much appreciable .

Bro i just explained the whole thing, read carefully, first of all you go get a phone line with the guys name. Then you call the bank and say that you want to change the phone number on record. You can also use spoof service and call from the number on the record and say that youre switching youre phone company and you got a new number. But regardless from which way youre gona do it, they will ask you security questions and you need full info and answers to them. Hope this helps you and you understand now

Yup you are correct. Change the profile number or address by calling the bank first then wait some time. Make sure to change a day after the regular statement date, so that you can wait 1 week or more, then go check the victims credit report and you will see the update to the address and number.
