Coinbase Seize Funds?

I've been sending some BTC from my Coin base to my Wallet and then onto my preferred vendor's website but each and every time the funds almost never come through, Is this because my BTC originate from Coin base? I never had this problem using a BTC machine.

Which wallet are you sending it to?
I usually send it to my LBC(localbitcoin) and then unto proffered vendor.
Never faced any issues

for those of you that dont know, if you send money str8 from coinbase to a dirty BTC Address they will cancel your account
