CVV Instore Punch Method: QUESTION

which is best?
1. Destroy Magstrip so it READS NOTHING & You Tell Clerk To Manually Enter
2. Make Magstrip Give Read Error Then POS or CLERK Prompts the manual Entry

Best option.....
Don't write anything in Magstripe................. when cashier try to swipe .....reading error / any other error.
if he tries 2nd and 3rd time....it should show ...enter card details ....bla black bla....
its like a fault from his own POS not from your card or whatever.....

so basically leave magstrip blank? because when i do that with my own msr it shows or does nothing so hypothetically it wont show error cause it does nothing...will pos do the same?

on your msr when your reading, click on the raw data button... it will pull up a read error code on the track 2

thats shit dont work no more rarely will you find a place that dose it and
you better be careful cause you will need the CVV on the back most of the time
the cashiers love to say we cannot manually type it in when they can !!!

Sometimes they will still punch but in my opinion not for much, you have to remember this is something that that is going on for over 20 years way before you could even buy a dump.

The manual method or punche is very very dangerous nowadays 80% of stores are asking for verifications by phone and asking the actual data of the ccv to be careful with that

You gotta print youre own cards so that everything matches including cvv. You can make the card look very old and damage the magstrip a bit, for example put a small scrath or a hole in it and say that you didnt have time to replace it and sometimes it works and sometimes it doesnt. Worst case scenario if all the info matches they will refuse you the purchase. But still, this method is very outdated and works on a human error factor so i suggest you get good 101 instead
