Looking for paypal transfer method

Scammer please stay away... you will waste your time
I have read a lot of paypal guides about transfer , cc , gateway , ebay method ,etc.
It will take some time to age accounts , build history , sometimes even ID scans needed.
what I do is quick project , does anyone has quick-sending pp transfer method ?　 I don't
care about chargebacks ．So probably dose hacked paypal would works ? I don't know...
