Now lets start full ebay carding process step by step
You have to arrange an old ebay account!
Once you get, download a vpn from playstore or you can also use shocks5.
First check your shocks that its working or if not working properly then use vpn.
Aftet connecting vpn or shocks just open ebay site and login that account.
Change your account name and billing address same as cc owner details.
Then find the product which you want to purchase then add it in cart section.
Now just close all tabs and disconnect vpn or shocks then wait 1 day.
After a day connect vpn or shocks to the same server and login the account.
Checkout your product and select credit card as payment mode then put all card details including address and save it.
Just enter cvv and place your order now then your order has been placed successfully.

Get hacked ebay account with email access with high feedbacks works the best
Get socks5 in the same state and try to get the same town or city or very close to the same city as account holder
Login with that change the details to card owner
Wait a bit reconnect with the same socks doesn't have to be a fullday just a decent amount of time and make sure cc owner is close to ebay account holders city or town
Near 95% success rate even with high priced items if the socks are excellent and you get freshly sniffed cards not buying discount shit on old bases

I’ve tried making an order using a cc from the same state I was located, I sent it to the same address as billing so far no problems. However every time I tried this with the non billing address the order always cancels because of fraud detect. I don’t understand why that’s a problem if I am in the vicinity of the billing address why is it detected fraud? It’s practically like having the card in hand but being unable to make orders, it doesn’t make sense to me. Any advice?
