How to cash out cc + bank login

In all my experience from fraud, well...bank fraud actually, I have been fascinated with how ACH works. Some of you may know next day ACH exists... some of you may not... but it does. That is the exploit I'm here to enlighten ya'll about.. it works with the rental industry... typically paying rent online...but with a twist.
Most of the online rent paying websites let you connect a bank account, confirm trial deposits or you log in straight up with plaid ...even after all that, they still give you shitty slow payments taking 3-5 business days to process, some even 7.
However, there are some rental paying sites that give you next day funding... these are the ones I normally cash out with...some are easier than others....I'll tell you below
Payyourrent.com offers next day funding If and only you pass their verification, you will need to sign up with a high credit score fullz as a landlord, and link a bank drop you have pre created with the landlord fullz. This is hard though, because they literally sign you up with their bank as a merchant account... not exactly easy. You will need a scan of a void check of the Landlord drop.. can be forged.
After signing up as a landlord,
you want to sign up with the details of any bank log as a tenant , buy logs with account number and routing number, name and address. <very important > because you will need to find the ssn of bank log owner, you should know how to do that.
Payyourrent.com dont send trial deposits at all.
it automatically connects with the landlord account if you use the same address of the rental property used in the landlord account.
Be smart with this, you're paying rent...make it look like so, my first trial here was 1500... smash hit.. but now it's pretty hard to get approved for PYR merchant account.
NOTE: YOU CAN PAY WITH EITHER A BANK LOG OR CC.

When signing up here as a landlord, make sure you pay for a premium account that gives you fastpay.. same next day ach.
You need a high credit score fullz, 650 and above, open a drop with it. Sign up as a landlord, pay for premium.
For the tenant side, just use a CC... it is so so easy, sign up with the CC details, you need to get the cc owner ssn. <you should know how to do this> after signing up and connecting everything [landlord with tenant]. Dont hit pay, schedule the payment so they are the one who authorizes it..it goes through smooth.
Dont get cocky here... highest here was 800bucks.
