Need partner who can print and mail US checks for serious business.

I need a partner who can print checks and send them to an address in the USA.
Here's what I have in mind:
1. I have over 2TB of logs. This mean I have accounts from almost any US bank. I will simply login in online banking and provide you real sample check. You need to make real similiar check which we will deposit in ATM in one of our peoples accounts.
3. I have a large network of people with open bank accounts. They will deposit the checks using ATMs into their accounts.
You will receive 30% of the withdrawn amount.
I have been scammed before by paying upfront for checks at fixed prices, so if we are going to work together, it will be based on a percentage. No upfront payment!
