free paypal accounts if you help me

hi there.
so i need some extra money fast and wanted to use some pp accounts or cc i have.
but i dont know how to cash them out, i tried learning on my own but wasted many cc's already.
with pp i can login account but not cashout, i get error always.
if you teach me a good method and help me do 1 succesful cashout i will give you 5 paypal accounts. maybe even throw in a cc if you make me really happy lol
btw if you want to help know that im not from usa and also i dont want to use drops, i want to keep everything digital.
