How do I decrease my fraud score?

So yesterday and today I have attempted to cashout egiftcards but failed, the payment went through but 15 minutes after I get an email saying my order is cancelled because of fraud risk.
I have checked my fraud score on ipqualityscore.com and get a score of 65 "suspicious", also says proxy/vpn detected + the location is different to what whoer and amazon detects - san francisco, but my zip detected on sites like whoer is san jose.
How do I lower this fraud score? Do I simply have to change IP, currently I am using bestproxyandvpn.

-leack of dns
-javascript browser detection
-and other things
you have to really mirror your real loocking to know what you look like before you do something
1 error make the lose of everything
because everything have to be fresh
when something is blacklisted because of error you have to take fresh all
source of the vpn and the rest have to be always clean so to be changed, if is a low cost vpn used by multyple user like a more people gateway
is normal than the ip get blacklisted fast
everything have to be uniq for an order or a serie of order
