Shoplifting and credit card fraud is 2 different crimes. Loss prevention cant do nothing about credit card fraud in stores. And i know this because i know alot of the cashiers i go to. All loss prevention do is bluff or try to intimidate and make you scared. They cant do anything, and i swiped plenty of times in front of them. All they ever did was look at me with the evil eye, or they would call down to the cashier and tell them thats it. They cant lock you up for it.
