Because of abuse from you,today we are forced to change the rules.
We are not responsible for the funds that people have on their cards.
Hold-Call/Pickup Replace 12hrs, no replace DECLINE and REGION LOCK.
Each manual refund request who does not follow the rules will be denied.
This will take effect today.
