I know this doesn't concern me, but perhaps you or someone else will appreciate my input. Anyways, every experience I have had with shops who welcome public partnerships has been underwhelming at best. The frequency of customer complaints citing duplicate material purchases, validation anomalies, exhausted balances, and general sharp decline in quality is no coincidence in parallel with the prevalence of public reseller acceptance. The level of entry in this case is tatamount to the efforts required for dishonest vendors to scale and rebrand their scam campaigns. Whereas shop owners and staff share a rather exclusive entry level resulting in few doing the job of many, requiring high amounts of time and effort. In sum, I can't speak for others, but confirmation of this policy is grounds for immediate disqualification when considering with whom to spend my money
