Regarding your issue please provide following things:
1.) Username on shop.
2.) If you have screenshot of cards you bought, if you dont we will check in your account history in shop.
3.) Proof that you wrote on shop ticket support about dead cards, since we do all refunds only trough ticket system.
4.) Proof of your words that we are banned on old forum, or any other forum.
5.) Any proof of transaction you have done.
Any other proofs ??
