Hey Guys ! First of all, Regarding the comment about moderators on the forum. THERE ARE MODERATORS on the forum and they got better things to do then watch two morons fight over a minus rep post.
Second of all, according to the FORUM RULES the BLACK could only be only started over a FINANCIAL MATTER, for example if the first guy gave the second guy dumps to cash on POS and the second guy didnt pay the first guy after cashing them out.
Third of all minus rep doesnt get removed, you can only get the comments removed from the reputation and if you want to do so you need to make a post over

And all of this brings us to the final statement, a black list written over a minus rep is just gona get closed and if the Admin/Moderator is in a bad mood the Black list starter like that is gona get a Donkey status as well. As for the second guy hes gona get a ban for clone creation as he openly admitted that he had an account here before and he made a nother one.
P.S Word of advice dont bomb Moderators PM's with this stupid shit, as they got actually important stuf to deal with, they dont have time to play these stupid games with you guys. Well that is, if you guys dont want to get Donkey status
