I will give you 2 Scenarios to prove my point:
(Scenario A)::
If you ordered a Laptop and you got a pair of shoes, You can reject this.
(Scenario B)::
If you ordered a Dell 9100 Laptop , and you got Dell 6100 laptop and teh carder told you 9100 was out of stock, a REAL buyer that had INTENTION of making payment CAN NEVER reject this..
It is NOT possible especially a first time buyer with no record or escrow service
Moreover, we did not agree on a particular model of Garmin, you only wanted a sellable Garmin item.
