Yes. I sent him 200$. I told him to refund me within 10 mins as the address will expire. He waited for the address to expire, after about an hour according to him he sent my money back (165$). He blocked me right after. I never recovered my funds as it was sent to an expired bitcoin exchange address.
He used to brag about having connections to feds, and I'm 100% sure he has been arrested just recently. According also to him his servers got seized so everyone should be suspicious of him.
