This bin is Chase Bank maybe block on Luxchecker this bank is very sensitive.
This doesn't mean shop is not good or they ripped you.

Whenever you buy Chase credit cards call the toll free number enter the full 16
digits credit card number.
If they asked you to enter zip code card is good. If any other replies card is dead.
