I am having the same issue as well, ALL OF MY GO TO SITES that allowed international BINS to walk with out flagging them for ANY CITATIONS AT ALL(NOT EVEN SCRUTINIZED EVEN) are no longer with us! Any advise, insights or even some simple direction would be great!
