I'm new and I don't quite understand the terms used. So marking him yellow and writing the word "Unsolved Problems" under his shitty name means giving him a chance to explain, right?
I apologize if I'm using bad words but try to understand my frustration.
I trusted a loving, sincere, polite, respectful and helping everyone person to then prove to be a heartless devil who for money could see mom die in front of her eyes and not blink an eye.
This person must be banned instantly and not given a second chance.
