Been seller for few months. First payoff went smooth, second payoff requested 19 days ago, still no payment. Support wont answer, he keep adding bases to shop.
Balance outstanding over 9k.
If you ask for anything else but payoff support answer, after that you ask for payoff, they keep ignoring.
It says payout requests is done 24-48h, but due large number of request the processing time may increase.
