Why was money charged from my account, but there is nothing in my purchase history? Why don’t you write on the balance replenishment page that you are taking 17% of the deposit amount?

1) We are not responsible about fluctuation course of any cryptocurrencies. Wanna fast top up - don't use regular comission for BTC;
2) There are no technical issues by using last version of Chrome, just tested.
