1. There was no “scam” or deception. The terms were clearly explained before payment was made — including processing times, service structure, and how we operate. You were informed and agreed.
2. We stand by our actions. You reference screenshots — that’s good. We encourage all clients to document communication. However, parts of the chat were indeed missing from your side, making it difficult to verify key details of your request.
3. You are not our only client. We work with a large number of orders daily and respond in the order they are received. Your frustration does not justify misrepresenting the situation or making false claims.
4. Not every client behaves professionally. Your tone, threats, and aggressive remarks say more about your approach than our service. We deal with many respectful and reasonable clients — and unfortunately, occasionally encounter the opposite.
5. We take pride in how we operate. Just because we maintain structure, rules, and standards does not make us dishonest — it makes us consistent. The facts remain: your order was processed according to communicated timelines and expectations.
If you’ve “moved on,” as you say — we suggest you do just that. But if your goal is to spread false narratives and stir drama for attention, it says all anyone needs to know about the legitimacy of your claims.
We will continue focusing on delivering real results to real clients — not entertaining noise.

Be aware — this individual is not just disputing a transaction. He is deliberately spreading false information across multiple threads, hijacking unrelated discussions, and attempting to destroy our reputation with baseless accusations. Now, to the so-called “victim”:
You’re not a crusader for justice. You’re just loud. There’s a big difference.

And it was you who deleted parts of the chat, not us, which complicated the process and made it impossible to track your order. So don’t play the victim when you created the problem yourself.

Instead of working with us to resolve this issue, you’ve done everything you can to avoid any real communication and are actively trying to create drama.
