Good day,
We would like to inform you of a situation involving a client who has repeatedly violated the established terms of our service and the standards of professional communication.
The client was clearly informed about the conditions for number activation. As per our company policy, we do not operate on weekends, and therefore, no responses were provided during that time.
It is also important to note that the client has deleted parts of our correspondence, which made it impossible to accurately determine his request and the history of his orders. Nevertheless, he proceeded to request a US number. We provided a list of available numbers, from which he made a selection.
As for the second number — no activation timeline was discussed or promised. Our team is currently handling a high volume of inquiries and responds to clients in the order in which requests are received.
We remain fully willing to provide the requested number and are not refusing to fulfill our obligations. However, behavior that disregards our service rules and interferes with our workflow is unacceptable. Continued cooperation will only be possible if the client complies with the established policies and communicates in a respectful and constructive manner.
