I didnt know that you couldnt cash out in that many countries, im in the uk and ive got a few paypals with bank and card what ive used to cash out loads of times and its instant cash out here ive had like 5k sent from china i cashed instant the most ive done in one go is 9k with no problem yet theres all them places that cant cash at all thats crazy i wonder why they make such differences like that.
