3 digits always differ on both tracks.
So if buy dumps grabbed from a magnetic track and write to chip you will receive error on POS.
You have to grabbed the data on the chip itself then maybe you will have a chance when cashing out.

True and agreed. But the issue still remains how to burn the data grabbed from the chip on chip. I am yet to find a CHIP burning software with the algorithms of the banks.
