After thinking of so many days , finally i decided to write it here for all newbies who always have complaint of DEAD CARDS/TRANSACTION DECLINED ERROR.
When we are suppose to say Card is Dead?
Card is suppose to say Dead when it has been checked on checker and did not pass authorization. * Many out there think card is Dead *
Answer is NO
Reasons: Many Many times in last couple of weeks i have noticed this thing Card cannot pass authorization have following factors
1: Daily Card limit exceeded
2: Monthly Limit exceeds
3: Banking Network Down
4: If sensitive bins like chase bank/West-pack AU bins ( using on avs site with wrong zip can Trigger the card authorization and Make card unavailable for Transaction for Few hours to Few days
5: The one more factor has been seen but rare when you using multiple cards on same checkout page/site it usually even reject the live card also.
I have seen the bins which remains active for several days if you use these cards wisely. For example if you dont have DOB/SSN then Avoid VBV sites.
Capital One Bank, WestPac Bank AU , Argentina Mostly bins They are even sensitive like Chase Bank.
But Chase Bank will not give you chance to take out of them again. But above Mentioned 3 Banks will give you chance to try again after 48-72 Hours
So Whenever you see or face such Instance. Please keep these things in your mind.
In Real Meaning. Card is suppose to DEAD when Reported Stolen/Lost Thats mean now there is no way that card will be reborn/reactivate for Usage.
