I’ve tried making an order using a cc from the same state I was located, I sent it to the same address as billing so far no problems. However every time I tried this with the non billing address the order always cancels because of fraud detect. I don’t understand why that’s a problem if I am in the vicinity of the billing address why is it detected fraud? It’s practically like having the card in hand but being unable to make orders, it doesn’t make sense to me. Any advice?
