I only know of validcc from experience and they've never let me down especially their checker.
Jstash checker used to also be very reliable until recently with about 50% of non/refundable orders. when I check on luxpm they say CVV RESPONSE Auth-Failed but then Auth message approval.(in a green box) and for this reason they check the cards as valid.
has any one tried the telegram cc store?
