This is not anything new. i made 400$ off a card shared here last year... Its a old method and it still works.... Just use card hold details in registering the one u will be sending the money from. But make sure you use an RDP, sOCKS5 or 911 VPN of the same state as card holder . i wont advise you on any other vpn. Unless you are in the state (USA). I have been doing this since 2014
